Before activation: Full refund if requested before the ad goes live.
After activation: No refund once an ad has been activated and served impressions, except in cases of technical failure on NearFind's part.
Technical issues: If your ad fails to display due to a platform error for more than 48 hours, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the days affected.
Policy violations: No refund if your ad is removed due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Contact us on WhatsApp with your business name, ad details, and reason for refund. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Free listings
Business listings on NearFind are free. No payment is taken for listings, so no refund policy applies.
