NearFind collects the following information to provide our services:
Location data: Your GPS coordinates are used only to show nearby listings. We do not store your location history.
Search queries: Category and text searches may be logged anonymously for improving results.
Listing submissions: Business name, address, phone, and category when you submit a listing.
Ad enquiries: Business name, WhatsApp number, and ad details when you submit an ad request.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, and events. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

To display targeted advertisements based on your pincode and search category
3. Location data
NearFind requests your device location only when you click "Use my current location." Your coordinates are used in that session to find nearby listings. We do not store, track, or share your location data. Location is processed entirely in your browser and on our servers in real-time — no location history is maintained.
4. Cookies
NearFind uses session cookies for basic functionality (CSRF protection, session management). Google Analytics uses cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however some features may not work correctly.
5. Third-party services
OpenStreetMap / Nominatim: Used for map tiles and geocoding. Subject to OSM's privacy policy.
Google Analytics: Anonymised usage tracking. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Google Places API: Used to enrich listing data. No user data is sent to Google Places.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Business listing data submitted to NearFind is made publicly available on the platform as part of the service.
7. Data retention
Listing submissions and ad enquiries are retained for the duration of the service. You may request deletion of your submitted data by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
8. Children's privacy
NearFind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
