Prohibited content
The following content is strictly prohibited on NearFind:
Illegal businesses or services
Adult content, gambling, or age-restricted services without proper disclosure
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred
Misleading health claims or unverified medical advice
Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations
Political campaign advertisements
Content targeting minors inappropriately
Advertising standards
All advertised prices must be accurate and include applicable taxes
Offers and discounts must be genuine and available during the ad period
Contact details (phone, WhatsApp) must be accurate and reachable
Images must represent the actual business or product
Ads must clearly identify the advertising business
Listing standards
Listings must represent real, operating businesses at the stated location
Phone numbers must be valid and belong to the business
Business categories must accurately reflect the nature of the business
Opening hours must be kept reasonably accurate
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in removal of listings or ads, suspension of access to NearFind, and forfeiture of any payments made. NearFind reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation at its sole discretion.
