Ratnagiri is a port city on the Arabian Sea in Ratnagiri District in southwestern Maharashtra, India. The district is part of the Konkan division of Maharashtra. Known for the Hapus or Alphonso mangoes, it is sometimes colloquially referred to as the "Mango City".
